So Marcus was the inspector for my wood stove he is an awesome guy friendly and very knowledgeable on how to maintain the wood stove. As he did the inspection he ask me question on how the wood stove had been while burning wood. He then started cleaning and while he was cleaning we were talking about fishing and stuff. Its a breath of fresh air to sit and talk to someone friendly. He then started to sweep the smoke stack and stuck a camera up in the smoke stack and showed me the inside of the smoke stack the seems were good all the way around. We got a clean bill of health for our wood stove. Cleaned up the rest of ashes and walked out side to check the roof and was done. Thank you Midtown Chiney Sweep for your service and i will definitely be using you again in the near future.

Long wait to get an appointment but after meeting the technician I understand why. They are busy for a reason. Friendly email reminders leading up to the appointment with a phone call about an hour in advance so dogs could be secured. During the appointment itself I was given clear, helpful explanations on what to do with a wood stove insert that needs some upgrades. No sales pressure; the technician was happy to educate instead of padding an invoice. Still debating next steps but know exactly who to call when the time comes.

Additionally, we were scheduled for our service during the snowstorm and had to reschedule, and they went out of their way to reschedule just a few days later even though it was super inconvenient for them. Tech called prior to appt to update me on his arrival and explained all the work that he had completed afterward. He was kind enough to give me a quick tutorial on how to use our stoves and fireplaces (new house) and explained the repairs that he noticed completed by the previous owners.
