Byron and his team turned our 2 outdated fireplaces into modern and highly functional ones that we will use in years to come!!! They helped us figure out how to keep one wood burning (which we love) and converted the other into to a modern gas insert that is very easy to operate. We love them both! I had an issue with my fireplace after my roof was replaced and a part fell down. The team helped determine what the issue was, came to my house in a timely manner and fixed the issue. The team took great care for my house, laying down a sheet, cleaning up the fireplace and making it look better then before. A few weeks ago when we had the 2 days of heavy rain, I noticed water coming into my fireplace from the chimney flue. Midtown and Daniel came out the next day to inspect the chimney and and see why the water was leaking in. Turns out the mortar on the crown of the chimney was cracked pretty bad and two of my three were not covered. Worked with me and gave me an excellent price to get a multi cap, put on the entire chimney and also seal all the cracks. Within a week from the time I called Midtown the repairs were done. The multi cap was installed, it was a great price and I would highly recommend. to use midtown. Excellent work, fast, very fair price, and Daniel was very friendly and easy to work with.
