Folks at Midtown Chimney Fireplace Store went over and above when the power switch on my ComfortBilt pellet stove went out on a 5 degree morning. Pulled a switch from another unit and had me back up and heating in under an hour.Thanks Byron, really appreciate your help

Marcus arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Came to do a sweep and inspection, saw that my 90 year-old chimney wasn’t lined, and showed me the damage from previous chimney fires. He gave me the name of a reputable fireplace company for a gas insert and only charged me for the inspection. Would definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with Midtown Chimney Sweeps. In particular, Ben was personable, professional, and ethical in his dealings with us. Moreover, we consider that the asking price for services was transparent and consistent. While we believed we might need a new firebox or refractory panels, Ben advised we had plenty of life left in the current set up. Despite our efforts to clean the window glass on the firebox doors, they did not shine until Ben arrived to do the job. Knowledgeable, ethical, reasonably price. We recommend and will definitely use Midtown again.

This company saved me thousands in Evergreen CO by replacing a part on my gas fireplace. They were prompt, trustworthy and reliable during the entire process. I shared that I didn't want to buy a new fireplace, and just needed a pilot-light replacement... They found the part & replaced it in a timely manner—and did not try to push any extra parts or labor. In, out and fixed! Just what I needed.When it is time to replace my fireplace they will be my go-to.

Office was very professional and friendly. Ser an appointment. Eric was our tech. Was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Explained anything I asked. Did cleanout of blocked ash pit (30 minutes). Pricing was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Midtown Chimney Sweep and Eric.

Super helpful and honest

I'm incredibly impressed with Midtown Chimney Sweeps, specifically Ben, who was the tech who came out today. I bought a house in November and was recommended by my inspector to have a chimney cap placed. I had an appointment scheduled last week with Midtown, which had to be rescheduled last minute due to scheduling conflicts on their end, but Midtown communicated it quickly and efficiently.Ben came out and took a look at my (nonfunctioning) chimney today, and made recommendations based off what he was seeing. He provided a lot of education on my chimney, which was built in 1941, so things were built differently back then! Turns out, I was having a furnace issue. Ben also made recommendations on how to keep my aging chimney sealed and safe in the future. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'll definitely be calling Midtown when I need sealing services in the future. Very professional and knowledgable!

Byron quickly diagnosed the problems with our Quadrafire pellet stove, cleaned it and ordered replacement parts. He also assessed the ventilation pipe and our chimney and gave us detailed cleaning instructions. I just had MIdtown Chimney install a second pellet stove in my home, after they had installed one in a different part of the house earlier this year. I used them a second time because of the great and timely work they completed the first time. The second install was no different. The install team of Tanner, Chris and Levi were very professional and all around great people to have in your home. I will be continuing to use Midtown to for the annual cleanings.

Highly recommend this company! Today we had Marcus come out to do an inspection of our fireplace, and do a chimney sweep, and he was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and helped us figure out the solution to our problem. He even gave me some advice about how we can disperse heat more throughout our house (yay!).
